James Avello

James Avello is the founder of Avello Law. As a lifelong South Floridian raised in a family of real estate and construction professionals, James has cultivated a unique perspective on the ever-changing Florida real estate landscape.

Being a real estate investor and lender, James prides himself on his business-oriented approach to client representation. Many attorneys are viewed as “deal-killers” for hyper-focusing on risk factors that often are disproportionate relative to the upside of pursuing the transaction. James takes a holistic view and emphasizes the importance of truly understanding his clients’ short and long-term investment objectives.

James’ clients run the gamut from residential and commercial real estate buyers, sellers, developers, and private lenders. James has closed over 4,000 transactions since 2018 through his title company, Butler Title.

In addition to managing his law practice and title company, James is actively involved in numerous professional and community organizations and is a proud husband and father of twin daughters.
